Talamoe's Strength Stacking Chieftain Blade Vortex - T16 Clearspeed with 5L and trash gear

Short clip presenting real clear speed of my build, I have used only 5 Link which reduces my damage significantly, as well as just 1 Flask (4 flasks were removed), gear is really low like 100-120 Chaos orbs in total.
