The Fourth of July, of course, means fireworks, and the preparations were underway Monday for Baltimore's big show. The annual Fourth of July celebration at the Inner Harbor wouldn't be the same without the fireworks. Two barges carry thousands of shells into the harbor for a show nearly 20 minutes long and coordinated with music. The first step is loading all those fireworks shells.
