This structured tempo session alternates between two stroke rates to keep you engaged while building endurance - perfect for a solid midweek training session. The workout: Set your monitor for 30 minutes with 5-minute splits. You'll alternate through this simple pattern three times: 5 mins at 20spm (2K+18 pace) 5 mins at 24spm (2K+13 pace) The mid-tempo intensity means you're working, but it's sustainable for the full 30 minutes.
