TURN GITHUB COPILOT INTO A BROWSER AGENT! 🤖 In Part 2 of our Vibium series, we are taking things to the next level. While the official documentation focuses on Claude, today I will show you how to install the Vibium Model Context Protocol (MCP) directly into GitHub Copilot. This setup allows you to run AI browser automation agents right inside your VS Code editor, without needing to switch windows. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 📺 IN THIS VIDEO ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ● THE GOAL: Moving from basic setup to MCP integration. ● THE CHALLENGE: Adapting the default Claude configuration for GitHub Copilot. ● PREREQUISITES: Claude-Code CLI and Vibium Clicker binary. ● CONFIGURATION: Creating the .vscode/mcp.json file and fixing JSON errors. ● LIVE DEMO: Watching Copilot launch Chrome, navigate to HackerNews, and research AI news using Vibium. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 💻 USEFUL COMMANDS ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ We cover the specific JSON structure needed for VS Code. Remember, when copying the config from Claude to VS Code, you need to change the parent property to "servers" to make it compatible! Here are the commands used in the video: ▶ CHECK INSTALLED MCPs: claude mcp list ▶ REMOVE VIBIUM (IF RE-INSTALLING): claude mcp remove vibium ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 📅 THE VIBIUM SERIES ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ● Part 1: Installation & Getting Started (Watch here: • The Creator of Selenium Just Built a New A... ) ● Part 2: Setting up Vibium MCP in GitHub Copilot (This Video) ● Part 3: Writing Custom Automation Scripts (Coming Soon!) ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 📌 USEFUL LINKS ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ● Vibium GitHub: https://github.com/VibiumDev/vibium/t... ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 🏷️ KEYWORDS & TAGS ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ #Vibium #GitHubCopilot #MCP #ModelContextProtocol #VSCode #AI #BrowserAutomation #JasonHuggins #ArtificialIntelligence #Coding #DevTools #SoftwareEngineering #CopilotMCP If this video helped you get Vibium running in VS Code, hit that LIKE button and SUBSCRIBE for Part 3 where we write our own custom scripts!
