These little kids are helping their families, as Yemen hits one million cholera cases

The Yemen Red Crescent, with the support of the British Red Cross, are delivering clean water to internally displaced people in Yemen. Over 3 million people have had to flee their homes due to the ongoing war and there is now a suspected one million cholera cases in the country. Cholera is contracted through drinking contaminated water and, with over 2.2 million people reliant on aid, access to clean, safe, drinking water is severely limited. These little kids are helping their families by carrying heavy cans of clean water, delivered by the Yemen Red Crescent, back to their makeshift camp every day.
