Short on Time? This Quick & Effective PULL & LEG Routine will only take 30 minutes and help you build strength, control, consistency and motivation. 💪🔥 Here is the structured session you can do with a pull-up bar or rings: 🔥 Warm-Up (1-2 Rounds) ✅ A1 – 🏋️‍♂️ Hanging Scapular Rolls: 10 reps ✅ A2 – 🦵 Bodyweight Squats: 10 reps ✅ A3 – 💪 Rings Support Hold: 30 sec (Optional if you don’t use rings) 💥 Paired Strength Work (3-4 Sets) 🔹 B1 – 🧗 Pull-Up Progressions: 6-10 reps 🔹 B2 – 🦿 Pistol Squat Progressions: 8-12 reps 🧘‍♂️ Cool Down Suggestion 🔸 C1 – 🏃‍♂️ Lunge to Hamstring Rocks (1 minute per side) You don't need a long, convoluted routine.
