Army engineers help U.S. installation undergo transformation
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in managing various construction projects for the U.S. Air Force at Incirlik Air Base in Turkey. The base began transforming from fighter jets to cargo planes and the base needed to tranform its facilities to meet those needs.
