Dhokar dalna itself is a name in Bengali Cuisine and this recipe makes dhoka with a different flavor. The dhoka is created with Soybean and Eggs with little Masoor dal. It tastes different than the traditional dhoka. First the dhokas are made and deep fried. Then the curry is made as usual curry. Bengali Dhoka means a food made out of lentils, and in Hindi it means 'Fraud'.
