Welcome to my channel, today I will be talking to you about the amazing benefits of this oil mask that I use on a regular basis to help boost hair growth and nourish the hair. The main ingredient that we will be using is rocket or watercress and we will be making a simple oil using fresh rocket and other ingredients that have been proven to boost hair growth and fighting hair problems such as hairfall, dandruff and split ends. Rocket and watercress has been widely used in the middle east and south east Asia for maintaining hair health, its been both consumed both internally and applied externally on the scalp to see better results. Its rich in Vitamins such as Vitamin B, C and E and Zinc and Calcium, essential for healthy skin, nails and hair. Ive got it growing in the backyard to make the oil on a regular basis as well as adding to soups, salads and smoothies. Ingredients: One cup of fresh rocket or watercress Half cup of extra virgin oilve oil and cold pressed castor oil Thumb sized pieces of fresh ginger and garlic to help stimulate hair regrowth. Splash of rosewater can be added as a bonus to fight unwanted smells. Blend the ingredients together and strain using a mesh cloth and strainer then store in a squeeze bottle and use immediately.
