Winter Contingency Secret Elite Assassination

Just a quick video showing me assassinating the Secret Legendary Elite with the data pad. It took 30 minutes of continuous restarting to last checkpoints. The way I did it was take down his shields then shoot him so that he flinches which slows him down and gives you slightly more time to catch up with him. It seems to be a matter of chance if he flinches or not as mostly he just dies from being shot at as a pose to flinching. Had to film it on my Samsung pocket camcorder on a tripod.
