Resident Evil Village on the Nvidia RTX 2060 (RTX On [High]/[Off W/ Max Settings])

The demo is kinda all over the place performance wise. It has no issues breaching 60fps at max settings (often well over 100fps), but when ray tracing is introduced, compromises have to be made in order to get a fairly consistent 60fps. With ray tracing, either put it on low/medium and compromising settings further from high would be ideal. It definitely hits 60fps at many points, but when gameplay gets crazy or heavy effects are on screen, it drops to the low 50s or 40s a lot more than I would like. The effects looks nice, but are fairly subtle compared to other titles. Max settings has no issues as it hits over 110-130 fps most of the time without ray tracing. If you really really want ray tracing, I would recommend compromising a ton of settings to medium for heavier stuff like volumetric fog/shadows and the ray traced effects too for a more consistent 60fps. Resolution: 1080p 0:00-16:04 Ray Tracing [High], High Settings (Village Demo) 16:05-20:59 Ray Tracing [High], High Settings (Castle Demo) 21:00-22:23 No Ray Tracing, Max Settings (Village Demo) 22:24-26:37 No Ray Tracing, Max Settings (Castle Demo) Processor: Ryzen 5 3600 at 3.6 Ghz per core (PBO is used) (Six Core Processor) (12 threads) RAM: 16GB DDR4 3200mhz (Dual Channel) Video Card: Nvidia RTX 2060 (6gb) Drivers: 466.27 SSD: Intel 545s 256GB SSD: Crucial 1TB M.2 Hard Drive: 2TB 7200RPM Note: The reason why that I only gave a few minutes to some of the settings is because the game is on a 60 minute timer and continuously ticks down in this demo. This demo should also be close to dead on to the final version of the game similar to RE2, and RE3 Remake. Now with higher bitrate lmao.
