January 31, 2022 Happy Monday! Today calls for a new video and this is a tune that holds special meaning to me. This is "Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)" by Chris Tomlin for Flute and Piano. I performed this contemporary worship song live with piano at Travis Avenue Baptist Church a few weeks back as an opening prelude for one of the New Year Services. I love this hymn because it's a revamped version of a classic hymn carrying the comforting reminder that God has freed you from the chains of sin. Not only that, but he gave you his grace to save you because he loves you unconditionally. It's a comforting message to remember because even when I mess up and feel unworthy, God saved me. It's a beautiful song and I'm excited to share the performance with you.
