S. Korea-U.S. launch week-long joint exercise

South Korea and the United States have launched a week-long joint military drill. The new exercise, called Dong Maeng, kicked off two days after the two countries ended the Key Resolve and Foal Eagle war games. It is much shorter and also significantly lower in scale compared with the previous springtime war games.
