Upscale all frames by using Topaz AI Gigapixel (854x480 to 2562x1440). 4. Combined all the frames and audio into one video using VirtualDub. 5. Upscale from 2562x1440 to 3843x 2160 and reduced video size (from 66GB to 930Mb) in Adobe Premiere Pro CC2020.
