Noritz Tankless Water Heater Error Code 12 Model: NR981–SV

Today we’re troubleshooting & working on a Noritz tankless water heater Model: NR981-SV and we got an error code today number 12 which is telling us and indicating a faulty and bad ignition & flame rod sensor. Usually you can get away with this by cleaning 🧼 the ignition prongs and flame rod sensor however if you do this and the problem continues and your still getting an error code # 12.
