DALGONA COFFEE Recipe || 3 Ingredients Easy Frothy Coffee

This coffee is very popular in south Korea made with equal quantity of sugar & instant coffee powder. It is my all time favorite beverage. Please follow step by step to make perfect DALGONA coffee. Ingredients Instant Coffee powder- 2 tsp Sugar- 3 tsp Hot water- 3 tbsp Method: In a mixing bowl, add instant coffee powder, sugar, hot water mix well and beat or whisk until it forms fluffy mixture and changes its color. Total time it takes for stiff peaks will be 10 min. Meanwhile in a separate pan, boil milk for 2-3 min and keep aside. In a serving glass, add 2 tsp DALGONA mixture ,hot milk mix well. Garnish on top with DALGONA mixture and coffee powder. DALGONA coffee is ready to serve hot. It can be served as cold coffee also. You can enjoy this tasty and easy DALGONA coffee in early morning or after a long day in evening.
