Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the Sumo Springs Solo Springs custom helper springs for the rear axle. This product fits certain years and models of the Ford F-150s. So to ensure that this is a fit for your vehicle, you can always use the vehicle fit guide which is located at etrailer.com. These helper springs are designed to upgrade your vehicle's rear suspension for improved driver control and comfort. Once installed, they really help support heavy rear loads to keep your vehicle level. They help absorb bumps and road shocks and they help minimize sway. They feature progressive load control so these springs can press according to the weight of your cargo.For instance, on lighter loads this spring is compressed easily at first for nice, soft engagement and a less bumpy ride. For heavier loads, the springs compress by as much as 80% offering maximum support. The springs also work independently from one another to compensate for off-center loads and reduce body roll during sharp turns. They're constructed of durable micro cellular urethane designed to work in temperatures of negative 25 degrees Fahrenheit to positive 200 degrees Fahrenheit. They resist damage caused by oils, road salts and UV rays.With these installed, they feature minimal lateral expansion. These springs compress vertically instead of off to the sides. That way they aren't easily damaged when operating in tight spaces. My favorite feature about this system is that it's completely maintenance free. Once they're installed, you forget about it. You don't have to worry about them. You don't have to maintenance them. Complete maintenance free design with this system. Also there's no tubing to run or air pressure to monitor like when using air springs. It's a simple no drill installation. We have the two jump style springs that are included. We have the spacer. We have the brackets and it comes with all the necessary installation hardware.The brackets are made from a durable steel construction. They feature a nice powder-coated finish to resist rust and corrosion. The product is made in the USA. Real quick, on the instructions that are included with the kit, this image right here, it shows the setup I have on the table. That's the larger spring. Then you have the smaller spring right here. That's the factory or OEM bump stop on your vehicle. You can see that this one is significantly larger. It's gonna do a better job. It's gonna prevent bottoming out. It's gonna really support those rear-end loads to keep your vehicle level and to prevent sag.Overall nice design, again everything you need for your installation is included. When it comes to the weight capacity, at 50 per cent compression, we're looking at 1500 pounds. Just keep in mind that Sumo Springs will not increase your vehicle's weight-carrying capacity.
