Arches National Park | Incredible Arches and Spectacular Views as We Tour This Unique Park in Utah

Our current goal of visiting all 50 states has been delayed due to smoke, pandemic, and limited transportation. But we haven’t given up. Instead, we’re going to slow down a little and enjoy the drive. We start our day off in the camping section of the park. Here you will find some great tent sites. If you want to camp in Arches, make sure you book your reservation early. These sites fill up quickly. And since we’re here, we’re going to take advantage of our proximity to our first two arches early in the morning while the weather’s still cool. With over 2000 documented arches, you can choose which ones you want to see and which ones you want to see first. Most of the arches require a walk along a trail in order to get to, so make sure you bring plenty of water (you can fill up containers at the visitors center), put on some sunscreen, and wear comfortable shoes. Also at the visitors center, you will find plenty of information about the park, what to expect, and even help plan your time while visiting. Make sure you stop and get a map at the very least.
