Intellectual Freedom Protection Act created, HF3101 3/26/26

Failing to get support of the House Higher Education Finance and Policy Committee, HF3101 would create the Intellectual Freedom Protection Act to, in part, prohibit Minnesota State schools from conditioning admission or employment on affirmation of any kind of ideological/political statement.
