A third person has died in the UK during Storm Babet after a man became trapped in fast-flowing flood water. Emergency services were called to the incident in Cleobury Mortimer, Shropshire on Friday morning after receiving reports of a man going under the water shortly before 10.40am. West Mercia Police said a man in his 60s was found dead at the scene a short time later. The force confirmed he had become caught in fast-flowing flood water from a brook that breached a road on the street. Formal identification has yet to take place but the family have been informed and are being supported by officers.
