Backdraft - Hospital Brawl Scene (1991)

After Tim Krizminski (Jason Gedrick) fell victim to the fire, Stephen (Kurt Russell) was blamed by Adcox (Scott Glenn) and his brother Brian (William Baldwin) for his recklessness. Stephen loses his temper and punches Brian, causing Brian to pin Stephen to the floor and they fight, prompting the other firefighters to break up the facade.
