UNECA: Africa's SDG's require additional $638 B annually.

A new economic report estimates that financing the sustainable development goals in Africa will require an additional $638 billion annually. That's a figure the continent must find smart ways to raise. Economists say with only 10 years to reach the 2030 deadline, the current 3 to 4% economic growth rate in the continent is too low.
