10000 Steps KNEE FRIENDLY Calorie Killer Walking Workout 🔥/ 10k Step Challenge Cardio Workout Today we are going to do a 10000 steps workout at home to lose weight from the comfort of your living room. This is an apartment-friendly workout and it's extremely fun! if you have difficulty getting your steps every single day this is a perfect intense fat-burning workout to help your weight loss journey even at home. This is a perfect low-impact workout for anyone wanting to burn some extra calories and get really sweaty even at home while having fun. PLEASE NOTE- Some smart devices don't count some of the moves as a step. Single leg jack for example so it might be worth testing to see if yours does. I wouldn't be discouraged if you don't hit the 10k target as it might not be a true representation of the steps you did. Device: Apple Watch 6 series Workout: Mixed cardio calories: 600 calories burned REMEMBER the number of steps you will do will depend on the pace and effort you are putting in. The faster you walk the more steps you will get.
