Deputy injured, suspect shot after armed carjacking pursuit in Highlands Ranch
A Douglas County sheriff’s deputy was injured and a suspect was shot after an armed carjacking pursuit ended Monday night near the Douglas–Arapahoe county line, authorities said. The carjacking was reported at about 8:30 p.m. Monday near South Broadway and Panama Drive in Arapahoe County.
