CORD leader Raila says Jubilee should state its record

"It is time for Jubilee to table its scorecard and not to make promises". That is Raila’s message on day one of his weeklong tour of Kakamega county. Raila began his tour in Butere and Khwisero constituency, where he made several roadside addresses and two public rallies at Sabatia and Khwisero markets. Namukabo Werungah reports from Kakamega.
