You can use the QuickBooks Online integration with HubSpot to create invoices directly from the deal record in HubSpot. Also, you can add an existing invoice directly from the contact company or deal record. In this tutorial, we will show you how to integrate QuickBooks and add an existing invoice directly from the contact record in HubSpot. Steps to follow: Step 1. In your HubSpot account, click the Marketplace icon in the main navigation bar, then select App Marketplace. Step 2. Use the search bar to locate and select the QuickBooks Online integration. Step 3. In the upper right, click Install app. Step 4. Log in using your QuickBooks Online details. Step 5. Once the integration is successfully connected, it will be listed in your Connected Apps section. Step 6. Navigate to Contacts, Companies, or Deals. Step 7. Click the name of a record. Step 8. In the right panel, in the Invoices section, click Add existing invoice. Step 9. Select the checkbox to the left of the invoice. Click Add. Step 10. The invoices associated with the record are listed in the Invoices section on the record.
