Preheat oven to 350 °F (177 °C). Line a metal 6x6 pan with parchment paper. 2. Pour vegetable oil into a large mixing bowl. Whisk in 1 cup of Family's Choice Sweetened Cocoa Powder by hand until smooth for about 30 seconds. 3. Add in eggs and whisk for about 1 minute. 4. (Optional) Whisk in melted milk chocolate bar until combined and smooth. 5. Use a rubber spatula to stir in flour and the rest of the Family’s Choice Sweetened Cocoa powder until well combined. 6. Pour into the prepared pan and smooth out. (Optional) Add chocolate chips or crushed peanuts as toppings. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes at 350 °F (177 °C). 8. Let it cool in the pan for 30 minutes before slicing.
