Large dogs attack toddler at babysitter's home in Lebanon County

Two dogs attacked a toddler early Tuesday morning in South Lebanon Township, according to police. The South Lebanon Township police chief told WGAL News 8 that the attack happened around 4:30 a.m. at a babysitter's home on the 800 block of South 14th Avenue. The 22-month-old child was airlifted to Hershey Medical Center. He is in stable but guarded condition. A person related to the dogs' owner told WGAL that there were six Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs and one Basset Hound that lived in the home.
