Guns Stolen from Pawn Shop; Suspects on the Run

DAYTON-- Thieves bust into a Dayton Pawn Shop and are on the run this morning. Gordon's Jewelry and Loan on East Third Street just after 1:00 Tuesday morning (June 2, 2015). The store owner says three masked men used a rock to smash the glass and squeeze through the bars. We're told the suspects were only inside for two minutes and managed to smash about seven cases filled with guns and jewelry. The suspects got away with several watches and a few guns. Once Police arrived the suspects were gone. A K9 was unable to track the trio down. Right now, investigators are working to piece together evuidence left behind and surveillance video. The owner of the pawnshop is now going through his inventory to get an exact account of what was stolen to give to police. The pawn shop is expected to be open later today.
