As it turns out it was a pretty simple fix, as Jocelyn had floor drains that had the water seal evaporate and it allowed the sewer smell to come into her home. We just re-filled the drains with water! Jocelyn also needed a simple toilet repair. Her husband John asked us to check out a drain around his swimming pool that blocked up regularly. We used our Rattlesnake high pressure water drain cleaner to cut concrete out of the line . This pipeline needs some excavations and renewals in the future. Hear what Jocelyn has to say.
