School bus driver accused of child sex crimes appears in court

A former charter school bus driver faces multiple sex crimes against children faced a judge Wednesday in Mecklenburg County. Leetwain Tate, 48, also known as “Ms. Sharon,” was appointed a public defender during the hearing and will remain in jail on a $1 million bond.
