Squeeze it then add all spices and frisd onion, fresh coriander,mint, ginger garlic paste, yogurt and beef mince. Grind in smooth paste. Take out in a bowl and knead well. Add bread crumbs .This helps bind the kababs. Mix everything really well until the mixture becomes sticky. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes for best flavor. Now take a portion of mixture and shape it onto skewers. You can cook these kababs on a grill, frying pan, or even in the oven. Heat up oil and cook on medium flame, turning until evenly cooked and nicely charred. Once cooked, sprinkle lemon juice and a little chaat masala for extra flavor. Serve hot Beef Seekh Kababs with ketchup, sliced cucumber, and naan, paratha or rice.
