Why is the Winter Weather So Warm?

With late January and early February temperatures reaching into the 60s, Rutgers students aren't the only ones wondering what is going on with our weather. New Jersey State Climatologist Dave Robinson says January 2012 marked the 12th month in a row with above average temperatures. Hear his explanation:
