Club owners Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra fled India just hours after the fire, boarding an IndiGo flight from Delhi to Phuket, Thailand on December 7 at 5:30 AM. However, swift action by the Goa Police, Government of India, and international coordination led to their downfall. Their passports were suspended, and Interpol issued a Blue Corner Notice, enabling Thai authorities to trace and arrest them. In a strange coincidence, the accused not only escaped via IndiGo Airlines but were also hiding at Hotel Indigo in Phuket, where Thai police finally apprehended them. After their arrest, the brothers were extradited back to India on an IndiGo flight. Following the rejection of their anticipatory bail plea, both accused will now face the full force of Indian law.
