Doctor Who - 2005 (A/B) vs 2006 (A/B) vs 2007 vs 2008 - Theme Remix

A request from Haiderr, combining six themes: 2005 (both the opening & closing variations), 2006 (opening & closing), 2007 & 2008! (The A/B in the remix title refers to the opening and closing themes for that year: Opening - A, Closing - B, I done this to shorten the video title!) The request stated the inclusion of the opening & closings of both the 2007 & 2008 themes, but since the 2007 (Series 3) opening & closings are the same as those used in 2006 (Series 2), they haven't been included; instead the 2007 in the remix title accounts for both the 'Voyage of the Damned' & Series 4/2008 closing theme!
