Law Minister Hits Back At Congress Over Comments On Surgical Strike Video

Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad today slammed the Congress over its comments that the BJP had "shamelessly politicised" the surgical strikes by the army in September 2016 to “win votes”. "Does the Congress believe there was a surgical strike or not? Are they saying the video is fake?” he asked referring to a video of the surgical strikes that emerged on Wednesday. Congress statement would "gladden the hearts of terrorists and their patrons across the border,” he said.
