Disability is currently the most under-represented minority group both on and off-screen. This is not good enough and we need to take action – fast. This session unites disabled freelancers from across the television industry to present creative and ingenious solutions to break through barriers – from excessive working hours, non-conventional CVs, inaccessible offices, intersectionality, ignorance and that old chestnut - discrimination and ableism.
