Cancer is a disease caused by an uncontrolled division of abnormal cells in a part of the body. Metastasis is basically the development of secondary malignant growths at a distance from a primary site of cancer. The growth of these cancer cells is unstoppable and requires treatment. With the spread of cancer, the health of the bone gets compromised. If the bone health is already weak it may give rise to pathological fracture even due to any slightest injury. This causes immobility in the bone which can cause various difficulties in your daily life. Sometimes, cancer spreads in more than one bone of the body which can result in severe pain and serious problems, this is known as advanced-stage bone cancer or stage 4 cancer. If cancer spreads in most of the bones it is very difficult to cure it and that is why palliative treatment is very important.
