Starbucks liquid brewed coffee* • 1 container of cream cheese or vanilla icing • Starbucks caramel drizzle Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line pans with cupcake liners. 2. Sift cake mix into a small bowl with cinnamon and set aside. 3. In a large bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract together until smooth. 4. Add cake mix/cinnamon and stir until smooth. 5. Stir in coffee (make it as strong as you want your "latte" cupcakes to be). 6. Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full and bake for 16-20 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean. 7. Let cool. 8. Frosting: Add icing to a piping bag with tip 9. Pipe frosting onto cupcakes and drizzle with caramel and top with a straw. Styling Tips: • Sifting the dry ingredients will give your cupcakes a better texture and taste • Mix the wet & dry ingredients separately • The stronger the coffee the more the flavor will come through • Start the mixer on low and gradually turn it up to medium • Use a ⅓ cup measure to scoop the batter into the cups • Let the cupcakes cool before putting the icing • Refrigerate the icing or add a little powdered sugar to thicken the consistency Facebook: / popkitchenfromparade Twitter: / popkitchenamg Instagram: / popkitchen Online: http://parade.com/
