No. 100/2021 Us 302 tw 34 IPC of PS CHANDRAYANGUTTA On 13 10 2021 received a complainant from Sri Zahed Zubed R/o Barkas, Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad that on 13.10.2021 at about 10:15 hrs some unknown persons intercepted the car of the deceased at Hashamabad main Road and killed him. Based on the complaint registered a case and took up the investigation DETAILS OF DECEASED The deceased was identified to be Hamed Bin Ali Zubedi S/o Ali Bin Saleh Zubedi, 47 years Occ Business, permanent resident of Dubai, presently living in Salala, Barkas Hyderabad ARRESTED ACCUSED PERSONS: The accused are identified to be Rayees Jabri S/o Late Saleh Jabri age 23 yrs Occ: Daily wages, nd Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad. Adil Jabri S/o Saleh Jabri age 32 yrs Occ: cab driver río Chandrayangutta Sayeed Saleh Jabri S/0 Late SalehJabri age 29 yrs Occ: cab driver Rio Chandrayangutta Hyderabad Saad Bin Saleh Jabri S/o Saleh Jabri age 34 yrs Occ: Business fo Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad SEIZED PROPERTY 1) Two Wheelers-2 2) Two knives 4 mobile phones Reason for murder: Previously the A1 Rayees Jabri and the deceased used to work in Dubai In the year 2019 while he was returning from Dubai the deceased Hamed Bin All Zubaidi handed over a bag containing gold without informing him. Rayees was arrested by Central Excise and Customs at Shamanabad AirPort, along with the smuggled gold about 1 KG, the passport was also seized At that time the deceased promised the A1 and his family that he will provide employment to A1, look after the case and also get the passport of A1 released. But even after (03) years, the deceased failed to get the passport released. He also did not provide any employment and he also refused to help him in the smuggling case. On the morning of 13.10.2021 A1, A2 & A3 went to the house of the deceased and confronted him above the promised help However, he refused to help them in any manner whatsoever, Feeling humiliated, that the accused hatched a plan to kill the deceased. As per the plan on 13.10.2021 in the evening hours, the A1 to A4 intercepted the deceased car at Hashamabad main road attacked him with knives due to which he succumbed to his injuries and died on reaching the hospital Today le on 15.10.2021 under the supervision of Sri Syed Rafeeq.
