Syrian child refugees try to make a living on the streets

The number of children forced to flee the Syria conflict as refugees has now reached one million. Most have arrived in Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey, Iraq and Egypt. Increasingly, Syrians are fleeing to North Africa and Europe too. But many children do not complete the registration process and find themselves surviving on the streets. Jim Muir reports from the Lebanese capital, Beirut.
