Rep Chaka Fattah member of CBC: Zimmerman verdict means open season on black people

Chaka Fattah, whose real name was Arthur Davenport, was on SOTU. He is a member of the Congressional Black Caucus and weighed in on the Zimmerman verdict. He reiterated the same narrative about buying some candy and that Martin was followed. He said that Zimmerman will get his gun back. He went on to say that Zimmerman once he gets his gun back or others liked him can now go out and shoot black people. The criminal justice system has said it is okay to shoot black people
