Odd-Even return: Delhi Environmentalists welcome the move but not enough

The Arvind Kejriwal government reintroduced the odd-even scheme in Delhi from Nov 4 to 15. Under this scheme, odd-even numbered vehicles ply on alternate days which will be implemented from November 4-15.
