A critical element of the care we offer at CHOP is ensuring that the families who come here feel positive about their care every step of the way. We do everything possible to put parents and children at ease and familiarize them with their new environment. We make sure they understand what to expect and that they are prepared for their cancer journey. And while CHOP is big, we work as a team to bring this place down to size for our families.
