Being Left Behind : West Papua

This video contains an interview with Victor Limo of West Papua, sharing how West Papuans have been "Left behind" with respect to development & conflict/crisis resolution specifically as relates to their right to Self determination. This interview was conducted on 11 July 2016 in Honiara, Solomon Islands on the eve of the Pacific Islands Development Forum & Melanesian Spearhead Group Leaders meeting.
