Local Community Fridge (Documentary)

Documentary project for ARTV -2341, Advanced Digital Video. This documentary project is based on the local charitable movement of a public fridge. This movements is Local Community Fridge. Community Fridge is a plant- based & vegan community fridge and pantry. Community fridge was designed by local artists, it’s a community-food donation service that remains open to the public 24/7 TAKE WHAT YOU NEED, LEAVE WHAT YOU DON’T is written on the side of the public fridge, and it’s exactly the way this community service works. I had the privilege to meet with Leslie Rivera, co-founder of local community fridge here in San Antonio Tx.
