Welcome to this special 45-minute Yoga Nidra session aimed at closing your year with peace and compassion. As we approach the end of 2025, it is natural to look back. However, we often review our year with judgment, focusing on what we didn't achieve or the "trains we missed." In this session, "The Mirror of the Mind," I guide you through a deep relaxation practice that includes a specific visualization technique: The Movie Theater. You will review your year as a neutral observer, offering compassion to the version of you that lived through the challenges and joys of the past 12 months. ✨ What to expect in this session: Deep Body Scan: Releasing emotional tension stored in the hips, shoulders, and jaw. Sankalpa (Resolve): Planting a seed of self-acceptance. The Movie Theater Visualization: A guided journey to view your year without attachment or judgment. Total Rest: Moving from "doing" mode into "being" mode. 🧘♀️ Preparation: Find a quiet space where you will not be disturbed. Lie down in Shavasana (Corpse Pose). Use headphones for the best audio experience. Cover yourself with a blanket, as your body temperature may drop during deep relaxation. ⏳ Timestamps: 00:00 – Introduction & Settling 05:00 – Setting your Sankalpa (Intention) 10:00 – Rotation of Consciousness (Body Scan) 20:00 – Chidakasha (The Space of the Mind) 25:00 – The Movie Theater Visualization (Year Review) 35:00 – Externalization & Waking Up 40:00 – Closing & Chant ☁️ About Yoga Nidra: Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
