#RagdaPattice #RagdaPatties #LockDown Ingredients INGREDIENTS FOR PATTICE/PATTIES :- Boiled Potato - 2 Turmeric powder - 1/2 to 3/4 Teaspoon Salt - as per taste bread crumbs - as required Garam Masala/All spice mix - 1/4 Teaspoon Oil - 1 Teaspoon + as required for roasting INGREDIENTS FOR RAGDA:- Dried White peas - 1 Cup Salt - as per taste Turmeric powder - 1/2 Teaspoon + 1/2 Teaspoon Oil - 2 Teaspoon Garam Masala/All spice mix - 1/4 to 1/2 Teaspoon INGREDIENTS FOR SERVING:- Garlic Chutney - as required Green Chutney - as required Sweet Tamarind Chutney - as required Namkeen Sev / Nylon Sev - as required Onion - as required finely chopped Coriander Leaves - as required Chaat Masala - as per taste Instructions PREPARING THE RAGDA: 1.Soak the white peas overnight. Then pressure cook it with some salt and 1/2 Teaspoon turmeric for 4 whistles on a medium flame. Then let it cool. 2.Heat 2 teaspoon oil in a pan, add cooked peas. Add little water and cook it. Mash it with the help of masher and let it boil. 3.Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric and garam masala. Mix well and cook. Add more water to it. The consistency of water should be watery. Boil it for about 5 to 10 Minutes. Then switch off the gas. PREPARING THE PATTICE/PATTIES : 1.Take a bowl and add mashed boiled potato, turmeric powder, salt, bread crumbs, garam masala. Mix well and add 1 teaspoon oil to prevent the mixture from sticking to the hands. Mix well. 2.Divide the mixture into equal parts. The roast it on a tawa with some oil. 3.Once the patties turns nice golden brown from both the sides, take them out. SERVING: 1.Take a bowl and place the patties. Put hot ragda on the top. 2.Pour red chutney, green chutney, sweet tamarind chutney. 3.Sprinkle sev, chopped onion, coriander leaves and chaat masala. 4.Delicious 'Ragda Pattice | Ragda Patties' is ready to be served.
