DRDO's anti-COVID drug reducing oxygen dependence approved for emergency use

The Drugs Controller General of India (DGCI) has granted emergency use approval to an anti-Covid drug 2-deoxy-D-glucose (2-DG) developed by the Defence Research and Development Organisation(DRDO) lab.
