2014 E550 Biturbo (W212) Stage 1 ECU Tuned 4.7l V8 Biturbo (M278) --------------------------------------------- Stock resonator and Secondary catalytics removed Stock resonator replaced with X-pipe (2.5") Secondary catalytics replaced with straight pipes (Stock catalytic converters and Stock mufflers still on vehicle) ---------------------------------------------- Sounds a lot more deeper and throaty at cold start and especially stepping full throttle. No noticeable drone inside he cabin, which is a big result from the X-pipe. Why picked X-pipe over straight pipe or H-pipe ? X pipe from my experience keeps the drone level low and gives it more of an exotic race car sound compared to the H-pipe and straight pipe.
